Top: (c/o) Marshalls $19.99 (normally $35)/Jeans: H&M $14.99/Sandals: Target $29.99/Clutch: Francesca’s Collection $38/Necklace: (c/o) Bar III via Macy’s $48 – on sale now here!

Easy to layer thanks to the sleeveless cut, this fun, printed top from Marshalls has a loose fit and can be dressed up or dressed down. I decided to work mine with a pair of burnt orange jeans from H&M and my favorite neutral cork clutch from Francesca’s Collection in CityPlace. And accessorize it with a pair of brown strappy sandals and rope necklace from Bar III in Macy’s.

For those of you in cooler climates, wear these pants with brown riding boots and a camel sweater or a fluid blouse, scarf and pair of flats. You can also team them with a navy blazer, white peplum top and heels or a classic black and white button down – either way, I love this style because it can be worn in so many different ways.

What are some of the ways you will be styling your jeans this fall? Share your comments below!

Top: (c/o) Marshalls $19.99/Jeans: H&M $39.99/Sandals: (c/o) Steve Madden via Macy’s $63 – almost sold out, get them here/Bag: (c/o) Marshalls $24.99/Necklace: (c/o) TJ Maxx $29.99/Earrings: Francesca’s Collection $14

Boyfriend jeans are typically really big and baggy, which is fine if you’re a supermodel or dating a guy that’s somewhat the same size and height as you. But if you find that you’re not, then you should probably consider purchasing a pair that’s meant for your body – as opposed to wearing one that’s meant for a guy with a size 34 waist.

This pair is great because it’s fitted therefore, giving you a feminine shape while maintaining the laid-back feel of a worn in pair of jeans. They feature a comfortable mid-rise, a fresh light-blue denim wash and look super cool when cuffed at the bottom.

You can team yours with just about everything from a slouchy sweater to a buttoned up blouse, but I decided to continue the laid-back feel of the outfit and wear mine with a simple silk top from Marshalls (normally $40, but purchased for $20) and a statement necklace with heels to add a touch of chic.

This fringed bucket bag from Marshalls feels just right with this outfit and more importantly, right for fall. Crafted with supple faux leather, it’s fringe gives it such a luxe feeling so I knew it would be the perfect accent to complete this look.

(Note, Saint Laurent’s Emmanuelle fringed bucket bag for $2,150 is sold out and no longer available until March 2015. Take a look at it here,  pretty sure it’s IDENTICAL to this one. Insert high-five.)

Blazer: H&M $20 (after sale)/Top: (c/o) Joie via Marshalls $59.99/Skinnys: (c/o) Hollister via Marshalls $19.99/Booties: (c/o) Guess via Marshalls $49.99/Bag: (c/o) Marshalls $24.99/Earrings: Francesca’s Collection $14/Bracelets: Off Saks Fifth Avenue & Charming Charlie $10-25 each

Though I love summer, I can’t help but get excited for fall since it’s right around the corner and I’ve seen like three million photos from bloggers on Instagram about New York Fashion Week (yes, I heard the Ralph Lauren 4D show was insane). So, to get ahead of the trend curve, I went ahead and put together this look to inspire you to get ready for fall a little early this year and to start looking for essential pieces that can be worn now and easily transition into autumn.

To start, these pants are perfect for the weekend, dinner on the town or for a quick trip to the city. They are flexible, comfortable and would look super cool with a pair of sneakers or a slouchy sweater. I paired mine with a structured black top from Joie (normally $120, but scored for $59.99 at Marshalls) to add a touch of sophistication, but you could easily mix and match them with just about anything in your closet because this color is so versatile and on-trend this season.

Booties are a MUST-HAVE accessory for fall – trust me, they can be such a chic alternative to pumps. I found this adorbs peep-toe pair from Guess at Marshalls for $50, but I’m pretty sure there are a ton of different styles in-stores now.

Not only is fringe so HOT this season, but it’s playful and makes just about anything  you’re wearing look expensive. I love this bag because it’s roomy and big enough to accommodate my kitchen sink and/or anything you may need for day tripping to the city. The best part? It only cost $25.

I threw a classic cropped blazer over my shoulder and tossed on a couple studded bracelets to polish it off. I’d say this look is killer, wouldn’t you agree? (Thank you Marshalls!)

Happy Wednesday!

Blouse: (c/o) RACHEL by Rachel Roy via Macy’s $55 – on sale now here!/Shorts: TJ Maxx $8/Sandals: Nine West $39.99 – get them here!/Clutch: Francesca’s Collection $38/Necklace: Francesca’s Collection $28/Bangles: Forever 21 $10.80/Earrings: Forever 21 $5.95

I made it my mission this summer to invest wisely in pieces that will easily carry me over into the fall. This way, I’d maximize my wardrobe to the absolute fullest.

One of my latest purchases, this silk blouse from Rachel Roy, is a perfect piece that works for summer – and fall, winter and spring – because the mustard hue is so deceptively versatile. Not only that, but it’s loose fit works well over a pair of shorts and a slouchy bag, tucked into a pencil skirt for work or with a pair of black satin trousers.

I teamed mine with bright red scalloped shorts that were impulsively purchased at TJ Maxx for like $8 (I mean, who can pass that up) and a lovely pair of sandals from Nine West. I threw in a statement necklace to add in a pop of color and break up the yellow and tied it all together with my favorite cork clutch (sorry it’s on repeat so much lately!).

Love it? Shop it below.

So much more is on its way… stay tuned and have a fabulous weekend!

 Tank: H&M $6.95/Pants: (c/o) Marshalls $12.99/Clutch: TJ Maxx $19.99/Sandals: (c/o) Steve Madden via Macy’s $89/Necklace: (c/o) TJ Maxx $29.99/Lip: MAC ‘Russian Red’ $16

I scooped up these silk track pants at Marshalls while on my trip to Boston last month. They feature pockets on the side and have a relaxed fit through the leg. I teamed mine with a striped tank from H&M and a glam statement necklace from TJ Maxx, but you could opt for a much more casual look and wear a luxe sweatshirt and pair of sneakers once it gets cooler out (we all know that’s not happening anytime soon in Florida). You could also pair them with a basic white tee and sandals or dress them up with a blazer, elegant blouse and pointed-toe heels for the fall.

Love this look? Shop a similar one below (I totally found the necklace online, but it’s full-price on Nordstrom… sorry!) or, run over to Marshalls to see if these pants are still in stock!

Sorry for being quiet lately – things have been really busy on my end, but I promise there’s so much more on the way… so stay tuned!

Have a great week!
